Prior to Morris Industrial Sales, Mr. Morris garnered experience as a District Manager of Jamesbury Corp., as an area manager of Keystone International, Inc. and as a teacher of instrumentation at San Jacinto College. He also served as the Vice President of Ralph Stockton Valve Products, Inc. Upon his graduation from Purdue in 1961, he served in the US Naval Reserve until 1963. Throughout his career, he has maintained affiliation with the Houston Engineering and Science Society, the Sam Houston Water Utilities Association, the Instrument Society of America, the Pipeliners Club of Houston, the Chancellors Club, the Hamilton Club, Westwood and the 100 Clubs. His interests outside of work include jazz and classical music, football, racquetball and basketball. Mr. Morris also enjoys attending the Offshore Technology Conference which has been a staple in the industry since 1969. He has been to nearly every single conference since its inception.
